Taheera Young is the founder and visionary behind Awakened Sacred Light, a space devoted to helping individuals reconnect with the light within themselves and awaken the deeper truth of who they are.
Taheera’s work is rooted in her own profound journey of healing and transformation. After navigating personal trauma and life hardships, she committed herself to deep inner healing—exploring subconscious reprogramming, inner child healing, shadow work, and spiritual reconnection. Through years of personal growth and spiritual awakening, she discovered that true transformation begins when individuals are willing to return to the root of their pain, understand their story, and reconnect with their inner truth.
Through Awakened Sacred Light, Taheera creates spaces where individuals can feel safe to be seen, heard, and supported as they walk their own path of awakening and healing. Her mission is to guide others through emotional, spiritual, and energetic transformation so they can release old patterns, rediscover their inner light, and step fully into who they are meant to become.
